Have you ever experienced nepotism in the workplace?

Naren prajapati and nakul trivedi applied for the same post, naren is relative of the manager. After both interviews HR manager announced, naren is selected. What is your opinion it is nepotism?

I have not experienced nepotism in my career. I am working in an IT company, and there is not much problem with nepotism or with reference unless you have a talent. And in this case, Naren was selected for his talent and skills, not for the manager’s relative.
