I am new in Hr field and want to ask if I hire a consultant to do recruitment compliance and they will do all recruitment related tasks.Can you please give guidance on what things we should check in an HR consultancy agreement?

Before tie-up with recruitment consultancy, you should check the terms and conditions of them and compare them with the market. why should we select them, check the quality of their service. Check if they have proper database as per your requirements. what are the payment conditions? they provide a replacement or not.
